ABOUT ME
MY STORY AS A COACH
My name is Seth White, and I started OTH Training after my own college baseball career was cut short by injury. That experience shifted my perspective and gave me a deeper appreciation for what the game can teach — not just about mechanics, but about mindset, resilience, and personal growth. My purpose as a coach is to develop young athletes using a modern approach to baseball — Using new-age techniques to convey my message. My goal is to help not just players, but also parents understand training and development.

WHY I STARTED OTH TRAINING
I started OTH training to provide young athletes with the guidance and support I wished I had when I was growing up. My experiences working with youth baseball players showed me the importance of focusing on mechanics, mindset, and long-term development. I wanted to create a program that not only enhances their skills but also fosters confidence and a love for the game. OTH training is my way of giving back to next generation of players, helping them thrive both on the field and in life.

MY MISSION
At OTH, our mission is to develop the complete baseball player—mind, body, and mechanics. Founded by
Seth White, OTH is dedicated to helping youth
athletes ages 8–16 build strong fundamentals,
sharpen their mindset, and grow through every stage
of their baseball journey. We believe in long-term development, not quick fixes—laying the foundation today for success on and off the field tomorrow.
At OTH, we focus on the three pillars of player development:
-
Mechanics – Building proper form and repeatable movement patterns
-
Mindset – Instilling confidence, focus, and mental resilience
-
Long-Term Development – Prioritizing growth over quick fixes, with a plan built for the future
